The Chassis Unlimited “Octane Series” front winch bumper ships to your door ready to install on your truck, complete with our 3-Stage texture black powder coat. 

Powerwagon bumper features room for a 30" curved or straight dual row light bar, Integrated winch mount for your factory 12,000 LB winch, HD 1” thick recovery points, and mounts up to 4 LED Cube lights in the outer wings of the bumper.

 

The Octane series bumpers bring an entire new style to the bumper market and offer an industry first low-profile fitment with aggressive styling. The Octane series is designed as a 3 Piece modular bumper, the outer bumper wings bolt to the center core section of the bumper. This modular design allows us to offer an extreme tight contour of the vehicle, as well as a product design & extreme strength that will last a lifetime. All of Chassis Unlimited’ s products are designed & manufactured in Livermore California. 

Simple bolt on installation, no welding or grinding is needed to install our Octane Series bumpers. Most Installations are completed in a few hours or less with basic hand tools; the bumpers directly bolt on to your vehicle. Remove your factory bumper/mounts, and our product directly bolts onto your vehicle’s factory bumper mounting locations.

In our Powerwagon Octane Series front winch bumper, the winch is mounted directly into the bumper and a 30" dual row curved LED Light bar is located above it. We also include two center section lighting options for the bumper. You can either choose to install a 30” Curved or straight dual row LED Light bar, or install eight 3” LED cube lights. Both mounting options are included, and the choice is yours which look you prefer to use. There is also two 3” cube lights in each wing of the bumper, totaling four pod lights in the front bumper. All of our winch bumpers have winch free spool access points on the top side of the bumper. LED Lights and Winch are NOT included with the bumper.
